WEATHER POLICY

The USLC Directors reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or reschedule any tournament games due to inclement weather, unplayable field conditions, and or player and spectator safety concerns. There will be No refunds granted if these actions are necessary. Only field directors will communicate game changes. Schedule changes will be available at the Information Tent, via Twitter, in addition to being sent to all program directors/coaches, using the provided email during the time of registration.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.  If you feel a refund is necessary for any reason, please send an email to usclwm@gmail.com with all pertinent information about your situation prior to the start date of the event.  Any refund that is approved for the following reasons: (family emergency, travel, non-verified injury) will result in a $20 administrative charge.  Any refund that is approved for the following reasons: (doctor-verified injury, multiple registration) will result in a $10 administrative charge.  No refunds will be approved after the event starts.
